Liked our pleasant stay for a second night. The hotel was a fine base for enjoying a very very nice area, right by very close to an amazing beach and a delightful garden and shops. There was a tastefully decorated room with excellent bed. We were offered a full size and savoury breakfast with jam and the usual omelette, as example.

The dining area was cozy 🍽️ and I enjoyed some really tasty dishes. It was equipped with air conditioning, a nice spot to relax, and a table if you wanted to do some writing.

Good location , very friendly staff and welcome drink! Bed was new, clean . VERY NICE STAFF.

option 1 Breakfast included was not so good,other options cost 25:000 rph were most hotelt would include as an option, shower was really disapointing .

The staff was nice! The garden was nice! 1 minute walk to the beach!

No AC in the room = the rom was like a sauna 24/7. Small room!

The free transfer from the harbor was a real delight. The outdoor pool was refreshing, and the free Wi-Fi was a nice touch. The staff was always there to help with laundry or massage services. The complimentary beach shuttle made it easy to enjoy the surf and sand.

The only downside was the constant parade of monkeys stealing all my snacks. Hilarious, but slightly annoying.

The staff were very friendly and accomodating and made us feel welcome. The food at the restaurant was good value and very tasty. The location is on a quiet street about 2 minutes walk to mushroom beach. We felt mushroom beach was the best on the island as you couls swim in the sea even at low tide.

the breakfast was massive and savoury with tea or coffee and toast, appreciated it. location: the hotel was near to mushroom bay port and restaurants and bars and 2min to mushroom bay and nice at night.

the staff here were amazing - truly made our stay comfortable. they went above and beyond to help with anything we needed, like arranging transportation and tours. the location is perfect, with mushroom bay just steps away. the grounds and pool were lovely, and our deluxe bungalow was clean and ideal for island living. highly recommend for a beautiful stay!

bathroom cleanliness issue

Owners could not have been more friendly or helpful! Rooms were airy and clean with lovely large bed and nice linens. Set in very sweet gardens a minutes walk from the beach.

Due to the traditional style of the building noise did travel from one room to the other very easily. This wasn't so much a problem due to like minded people staying who were up and went to bed at similar times, it just meant it was not terribly private. Everyone on the island seems to have chickens and cows so be prepared for an early wake up call although I'm pretty sure this will be the same wherever you stay.

The Well House was quiet and comfortable and great for a peaceful holiday. The rooms were simple but clean and tidy with an en-suit attached. The family running the Well House were very friendly and helpful. It was close to the Mushroom Bay which is a beautiful beach.

I had an amazing second-night stay at this venue, with a beautiful location in the Mushroom Bay area, close to the port, and surrounded by bars and restaurants.

Beautiful hotel. wonderful gardens and a large immaculately clean room. The staff was warm, friendly and very helpful and accommodating in every way. Love the room and the gardens.

The only thing we really needed was WIFi. We had to go to another hotel to access the internet. My suggestion to the Well House would be to provide it as we would have eaten every meal in the restaurant there had it been available. I think other guests would do the same and for a small cost it would improve not only the appeal of the hotel but encourage the use of the restaurant..

very kind owners (ketut an his family). everything is lovingly prepared. it's a nice place to stay at lembongan. kitchen is also good and cheap. lovely - kind - clean - new thanks from germany, we miss you...

compared with other accomodations thers nothing was is special to underline...

I chose to visit Dream Beach in Nusa Lembongan and booked a stay at the Well House solely because of its location, and was pleasantly surprised by the featured amenities. The complimentary wired and wireless internet access was a great bonus, allowing me to stay connected throughout my trip. , the 24-hour front desk and concierge services were very helpful in providing assistance and recommendations throughout my stay.

Staff English could be better. Electricity went away during our stay, and the air conditioning in the rooms was not working properly, resulting in uncomfortable sleeping conditions.

Cosy, very reasonable, staff so welcoming and would accommodate for anything as best as they could. Clean rooms, close to beach.
